VS Grenier Update: Internet Radio

I've been asked to be the guest on the Internet podcast show called AuthorsAccess on Thursday October 18, 2012 at 8pm EST. http://www.authorsaccess.com/

As many of know from following my blog, internet radio isn't unknown to me, however, it has been some time that I have been a guest on a show. Not only will I be on AuthorsAccess this coming Thursday, I will also be a guest on Bennet Pomerantz's show ANYTHING GOES (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ashleyfontainne/2012/10/27/anything-goes-with-vs-grenier-and-bri-clark) on October 26, 2012 too.

I love doing blog talk radio not only as host but as a guest when I do get the chance.  It's a wonderful way to build your author platform, share your tips and thoughts about the industry and even learn something new. Actually, I'm always learning something new on each and every show I am on.

I hope you can tune in into these upcoming shows or catch them later on demand. It's going to be a fun month that has already proven to be one of my busiest months in a very long time as I just got back from a writer's conference this past weekend in St. George, Utah and will be heading off again this Saturday to Kanab, Utah for another one.

Wishing you all much success as your journey into the World of Ink!

How to Sell Yourself Workshop

How to Sell Yourself with VS Grenier   This workshop is my most requested for writing conferences and by writing groups. Description: It‘s more than writing a good story or article when it comes to being noticed by publishers and editors. Think about it, how many bad books are out there making money? How many awful articles have you read in recent publications? Do you wonder how these writers are getting published and you’re not? Do you think it has to do with the catch 22 system? In some ways, it does, but knowing how to sell yourself is key. You’re not just a writer . . . you’re a Salesman! And the product you’re selling is Yourself! As writers, we are a product, not just our books. Many writers aren't successful because they don't know how to sell themselves; let a lone their writing. This online course is 10 weeks long and includes a teleclass. All assignments will be sent via email by the instructor. Course starts September 11, 2011 and ends Noember...

Interview Friday with author Frances Pauli

Frances Pauli was born and raised in Washington State . She grew up with a love of reading and storytelling, and was introduced to Science Fiction and Fantasy at an early age through the books kept and read by her father. Though she always held aspirations to be a writer, she chose to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in visual arts. The stories, however, had other plans for her. By the time she entered her thirties, they were no longer content existing solely in her head. Compelled to free them, she set aside her easel and began to write in earnest. Her original love of Speculative fiction combined with her covert excursions into the Romance section led her into the realms of Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance, where she finds herself quite comfortable. Her fascination with Science Fiction and a growing passion for the NASA channel divert her happily into tales of the far future, alternate dimensions, and the wonders of space, usually with at least a touch of romance. Frances current...
