BTR's World of Ink Network Show: The Writing Mama with Guest Author Traci McDonald

Featured BTR World of Ink Network Show The Writing Mama on November 19, 2012 at 2pm EST - 1pm CDT - 12 (noon) MDT - 11am PST

Join hosts VS Grenier & Irene Roth as they chat with debut romance author Traci McDonald about her romantic suspense, Killing Casanova published by Crimson Romance.

Traci McDonald has been a writer since she figured out how to make words on a page. Traci wrote for English classes like most people, but she wrote everything else in between. Traci won minor competitions with short stories, poetry and lyrics before becoming visually impaired. That is just a political correct way of saying Traci McDonald is blind. Traci lost her eyesight 17 years ago, but it never stopped her from living life and following her dreams.
You can find out more about Traci McDonald and her debut romance novel during her World of Ink Author/Book Tour athttp://tinyurl.com/8nejedq

Description: It‘s more than writing a good story or article when it comes to being noticed by publishers and editors. Think about it, how many bad books are out there making money? How many awful articles have you read in recent publications? Do you wonder how these writers are getting published and you’re not? Do you think it has to do with the catch 22 system? In some ways, it does, but knowing how to sell yourself is key. You’re not just a writer . . . you’re a Salesman! And the product you’re selling is Yourself! As writers, we are a product, not just our books. Many writers aren't successful because they don't know how to sell themselves; let a lone their writing. This online course is 10 weeks long and includes a teleclass. All assignments will be sent via email by the instructor. Course starts September 11, 2011 and ends Noember...
